What type of servers are you running?
All of our servers use Unix and Linux and run the Apache Web server.

How much bandwidth/traffic do I get with my Web site?
We allow 10 GB of transfer per month (Pro Package). This is an adequate amount to operate a bandwidth intensive website. If your web pages average 10 KB in size, you would be able to receive 1,000,000 million hits per month.
*Note: Additional Bandwidth may be purchased at a rate of $5.00 per Gig.

How many email addresses do I get?
The Pro package allows you to create 50 POP email accounts. If you need more, simply contact our Sales team to have the limit increased

Will you place any ads on my site?
CATISP does not require customers to place our banner ads on your site.

What is your Spam and bulk email policy?
We have strict policies against spamming and bulk email. Users who Spam via email, newsgroups, etc., are not allowed on our Web servers. If we receive complaints of spamming and bulk email, we will remove you from our network. Please see our Terms and Conditions.

What e-commerce solutions are available?

Can I use my account for commercial purposes?
Absolutely. You can use your account for commercial purposes. The World Wide Web has become a most efficient and cost-effective means of making information, products, and services available to the users of the internet community.

Will I have unlimited access to update my pages?
You have unlimited access via FTP 24-hours a day. As such, you can create and maintain your Web pages on your own computer and upload files to your Web site at your leisure.

Do you support FrontPage Extensions?
Yes, you can add FrontPage Extensions free of charge.
